Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit an idea for roasting, we store: your idea text, optional context (stage, market, traction), the generated roast, and the transaction hash of your payment. We do not collect your name or wallet address.

If you choose to email yourself a copy of your report, we collect your email address solely to send that one email. We do not store it, add it to any list, or contact you again.

Why we store it

Your roast is stored so it can be shared via a permanent link (idearoast.dev/r/...). Transaction hashes are stored to prevent the same payment being used twice.

Who sees your idea

Your idea and roast are accessible to anyone with the share link. We may display recent roasts anonymously on the homepage. If you do not want your roast publicly visible, do not share the link.

Your idea is yours

We do not claim any rights to ideas you submit. Your submission is used only to generate your roast. We will never use your idea submissions to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or anyone else's.

Third parties

We use ppq.ai to run the AI agents, Blockonomics to process Bitcoin payments, Supabase to store roasts, and Resend to send report emails if requested. Your idea text is sent to ppq.ai for processing. Your email address (if provided) is sent to Resend solely for delivery and is not retained by us.

Deletion

To have your roast deleted, contact us at the email below with your roast ID. We will remove it within 7 days.
